The (prestige) class that HASN'T been crafted yet ...

El Soldado de Curro

In my homebrew campaign, the PCs occassionally enounter one of the Soldado de Curro, or soldiers of leather. These cattle rustlers are good with horses, dogs, lances, whips and lassoes. Most are half-orcs. Many work for the church "protecting" its cattle from the predation of other Soldados.

One of my players came up with the idea, and tells me that its got a historical precedent. They make for fun NPCs, but so far no PC has taken the class, even though more than one is built on the Handle Animal skill.

Lucky Incompetant (or Sidekick)
the idea is stolen from the archtype thread -
d12 hd, poor BAB, 2+skill points, all good saves
manages to survive through sheer luck, and concidences. Also expected to provide comic relief. Prolly a commoner based class but open to all low level adventurers.
Class feature -Improve Fumble - doubles threat range for all fumbles.

Prestige class for animals - only for those animals that do not already improve magically - special abilites like sustenance, increased int and sanctuary at will.

The Wendigo could be implemented as a PrC. (for villians obviously)

An arcane PrC built around the character's connection to their familiar.

A prestige class built around the alchemical pursuit of immortality

A PrC for an unhealthy attachment to a particular magic item (my preciousss)

A PrC that develops Barbarian Rage into strange kind of mediative focus.

A PrC for blind swordsmen

I created this one a while back, but it would seem to fit here. Short form:

Trohl (prestige class)
The trohl takes his name from an odd and misunderstood minor deity, a quirky sonuvagun whose driving motivation is, "If I don't make myself laugh, who will?"

The class emphasis includes the bluff, sense motive, hide and disguise skills (a trohl may already be living amongst you now under another identity). He has some funky link to the element of fire and can gain temporary hitpoints from fire-based attacks -- thus the phrase, "Flaming a trohl only makes him stronger." He's also been known to employ some of the more esoteric weapons in his neverending quest to ... well, no one knows exactly what his neverending quest is.

And then there's the "Bugbear Buddy" prestige class. Because bugbears are inherently good creatures; they're just horrendously misunderstood. They need a champion, too.

How about a singing version of every class? Then you could adventure in a "Musical" world - every time something important is about to happen, the characters must sing a song about it... ;)

And to make life even harder, all songs must be original.

But, if you must be easy on them, the song should be appropriate to the occasion.

For example, you might have a situation featuring a levitating wizard and a horde of goblinoids. In which case the appropriate lyrics might be...

Isn't it rich,
Are we a pair?
Me here at last on the ground,
You in mid air.
Send in the clowns.
---Stephen Sondheim, Send in the Clowns.

The "Pygmalion." An artsy class, like the Bard, this one makes sculptures and paintings, and bring them to life. Can make portals to other places by painting a landscape, can create beings by drawing or sculpting them.

OMG. I have to remember to get on this at some point...

The Cheesemeister.

The professional suck-up. Often taken as a lackey by evil wizards.

The Luchador.

The Plumber. Oddly, this is a combat class with lotsa jumping skills.

The Lawyer.

The Dwarven Hairdresser.

The Elven Mudwrestler.

The Halfling Philanthropist.

The Basilisk Hunter. Requires an australian accent.

The Immortal. You cannot die, but you must bring the GM a pizza every session.

There's a Hound Master druidic PrC in FFG's Path of Faith.

I'm still waiting for:
.
- thunderer - A warrior-type PrC that specializes in Javelins or Spears the builds on that archetypal Zeus/Thor image of hurling thunderbolts.

- Olympic athlete - I use "Olympic" only as a short-form for getting across the scope of athlete I'm talking about here. A warrior-type PrC that specializes not in combat ability, but pure physical/athletic prowess: performing feats of strength, endurance, speed, and so on.

- sea mage - Something for pirates and sailors who are primarily arcane spellcasters.

I'd also like to see some kind of shapeshifter core class, like the Shifter from Masters of the Wild but over 20 levels and without any druidic or spellcasting influences.

I would like a decent shape shifter class too so I could play a guy who turns into a wolf or a hawk without the Druid baggage

As for the PRC's -- Shipmage was done as a homebrew

here at http://www.urathgames.com/

Athlete was done at FANCC.net as a PRC IIRC

and Thunderer that was done as the Stormlord in the complete divine IIRC-- a fighter oriented one doesn't exist though -- this one is mainly for FR clerics of Talos

well the fan book of character classes has a familiar mage -- I don't know about the others

As far as the rage into Focus -- hmm I like that
