((OOC: I am assuming you all take a short rest. New encounter, you may spend surges.))

((OOC: Assumed order is Tel, Mal, Aelek, Arden, Mira, Angel. DOn't move more than your double move without allowing me to tell you what you see. Tel, Mal, Aelek, that's a single move for you. Please confirm any lightsources. We are not in combat, [yet] so I'm not being a stickler on initiative, I jsut want to know what the forst few thing you do are.))

Arden confures a small glowing hand which whizzes over to the lever and opens the portcullis
As you creep down the narrow staircase you notice the air getting much cooler as you descend.

You peer into the darkened room, your breath hanging in the air. You see a stone sarcophagus.
You cannot see further than the light sources you carry.

Arden takes out a piece of bread from his bag, casts light on it and hands it over to Aelek, speaking in a low voice: Tell sir Bloodburn to toss this in the dark in front of us

OOC:light illuminates brightly in a 4 squares radius for 5 minutes
in case a roll is needed: perception 17

OOC :
Mal uses a healing surge to get back to full health ; 10 surge left.

Mal is back to having his sword sheathed and an handaxe in his hand.

He'll step forward to C5; getting cover from what looks like a rock (and incidently, his threat area covers most people who'd want to rush toward the corridor)

He'll look around (no actual perception check unless it's free; if initiative suddenly starts I'll need my minor action to draw my sword)
