*ahem.*

423. The greatest way to show off your power is to attack the Emporium trees. If the mayor of Juxta sees you doing this, he'll give you th key to the city, a blue ribbon, and a randomly picked prize. If a member of the opposite gender sees you doing this, he (or usually: ) she will immediately fall in love with you and your lumberjack abilities.

424. Any Oriental character absolutely needs to be either a ronin, samurai, or ninja. Because...you know, every other Oriental character stays in Oriental Adventures Land. I think they've got some kinda population control thing going on, or something.

425. All dogs can sense evil. They can be walking along, thinking all's fine in Dogland, until either an evil person kinda looks at them, and they bark; or a male sits next to a female who's petting the dog, and they bark.

424. Ninjas always want people to know they're ninjas, hence they always wander around in their nightsuits even if they're just going out to get a beer. They are also somehow able to eat and drink through their masks without hinderance.

425. If you live by a code of honor, then be sure not to state what it involves incase you need to change it from time to time (such as when someone ticks you off or you see an attractive member of your gender of preference.).

426. The level of sociability of a character is often in direct measure with that of the player. If the character is quiet, the player may tend to be longwinded and make long, rambling posts when they feel they have a tangible reason to do so. Should such a player be revealed, be prepared to read when they make a statement.

427. Expect the unexpected. Unless you're expecting something from this list to happen, because there's a good chance it will.

428. People won't assume that you're AFK if you haven't posted to the room in nearly 15 minutes. Instead, they will get angry if you don't answer their PMs and leave just as you return.

428a. People will assume that you're AFK if you haven't posted to the room in nearly 15 minutes but are sitting right there waiting for a reason to have your character do something.

428a.1. There's a good chance that 428a applies to my characters 75% of the time.

429 to go along with 424, if you play a character such as a paladin that must follow a code you can change it or break it at will and don't have to worry about the ramifications

430 *laughs at Bhryn's list and notes that when Fen's smile turns to a charming one they SHOULD run but not for the reasons most would think*

431. 7/8 of the people who actually play a ninja have absolutely no knowledge of any actual Oriental background (tsk tsk tsk)

432. Shinobi would be the better term to describe them:D

433 No matter what your character is engaged in, how involved it might be, you must drop everything to talk to the person that just walked up because you are a good aligned character and that is what good people do*wonders when the words good and polite got confused?*

434 If two characters of opposite sex, or the same sex in some cases, are seen five times in a row speaking together they are intimately involved

435 If two characters go off site to another site for more than twenty minutes they have to be 'getting their groove on', there could be nothing what so ever going on other than that nope no way no how just ain't happening

436 If you continually shoove your ideas on 'proper' behavior of certain characters it will make you a better gamer and the best rper onsite

437 Spelling isn't required we are all mind readers, oh you thought just the characters were telepaths? shame on you

438 There is no such thing as a hidden object, it will be seen no matter if you have it shoved, ummm in a bag of holding, these items have this weird effect of producing a neon sign over the character telling exactly where and what the item is

439 Having the looks and body of a 'normal' person is just wrong, all characters shall be toned and stunningly beautiful, any others shall be stoned

440 Any character that can't block five attacks while casting a spell and using three psionic abilities at the same time needs to go back to combat training

441 You only have to play a weakness of a character when it is beneficial ie; using it/them for sympathy, to get a love interest, get out of trouble with a love interest. get out of trouble with a marshal. Any other time you can play them like they don't have that compound fractured skull, sure no one will mind one bit or poke fun

442 If your character does something 'stupid' no one should be allowed to comment on it. It is very very bad form for a character to bad mouth another character because of the 'idiotic' thing/s that he/she did or the things that it 'appears' they are doing

443 A player is supposed to lie as much as his character pure and simple, anything less is just bad gaming and should be frowned upon

444 If you don't hit your opponent the first time do an autohit, that is a fair and accepted method of battling to the death *nods sagely*

445 The gods drop offspring like the man down the street dropping grass seeds in his lawn so you can just pick a god/godess and be his/her child

446 A well thought out background isn't needed for your character, just make everything up as it goes to make it 'easy' on yourself, uniqueness in what someone can do doesn't count one ioda

447 take every template in the MM and MMII and put them together and you will have a really really super duper cool character that everyone will just die of happiness at the thought that they will be graced with the pleasure of roleplaying with said character

448 Living blood isn't needed for curses such as lycanthropy, all you need is a body and bang you can be a lycanthrope after being bitten

449 this list is bad, us using automatic weapons on the ones doing the stuff is better? *grins because he likes that idea WAY too much*

Got that folks? Keep Fen away from the automatic weapons!

450. A three-storied Tavern with event hall, three part common room, stables and fully prepared kitchen that functions 24/7 needs no other staff than a stone man. So your thief or animal can ignore all logic and the list of other tavern staff characters on the ISRP setting webpage (that doesn't exist), no one will notice you walk past the golem and into the kitchen, especially not the cook and various elementals that keep the place running because they're not there.

451. When name-dropping, it's not enough to claim that your character once briefly met an iconic or epic character like Drizzt, Raistlin, or Luke Skywalker. You have to boast that so-and-so is your character's brother/father/best friend/mentor/whatever, and that he taught your character everything that he knows (but that your character has learned a lot more since then... )

452 A character's memory is a very easy thing to mess with. Just ask and all memories concerning certain events, places, conversations or people shall be wiped clean.

453 Ask everyone to forget your character then bring that character back talking to the same people as before is a nice way to get a fresh start.

454 (was so wishing to get to use this number Chevy big blocks rule!!!!) to go along with 451 Better yet your character was the mysterious teacher never mentioned in any novel that taught the famous/infamous character everything that he knows but not everything that your character knows.

455 (loves this one too go GM!!) Heterosexuality is a crime and is sickening and should be avoided at all costs. No character shall be strictly hetero, if so they shall be stoned.

456 Six shooters, Colt 1911A1 .45ACP types, M-60 E3 machine guns were all common things in the medieval times, what you say I am crazy?!?! no they were those knights didn't carry them because they thought that hacking with a sword, mace, flail or lance was so much cooler and nobler

457. In a fight, it's not enough to simply whap somebody upside the head with a club. That never works since everyone is apparently immune to pain and never suffers such trifling injuries as bruises, black eyes, bloody noses, fat lips, broken teeth, concussions, or fractured bones. The only acceptable way is to cut them to pieces with a greataxe or blow them to bits with a spell.
