Note that bluff doesn't cause the enemy to become flat footed. They lose their dex bonus toward your next attack. They can still, for instance, make attacks of opportunity against you.

Check out the Thief Acrobat from Song & Silence. At 5th level he gets the ability to make a cartwheel charge. Basically it´s a charge, but on a successfull tumble check (DC20) you can deal sneak attack damage on a successfull hit. Failing the tumble check, it´s just a simple charge (+2 on attack, -2 on AC).

In Path of the Sword by Fantasy Flight, there's a section on combat maneuvers. IIRC, there are a couple that use the Tumble skill that either deny your opponent their Dex bonus, or give you a flank bonus (can't remember which).

There's also the Flick of the Wrist feat in Song and Silence. It allows a character to make one sneak attack per combat by drawing a light weapon and attacking with it in the same round (requires Quick Draw). For that one attack, it doesn't matter if the target is flat-footed or not.

But is it balanced? :)

Not quite - Flick of the Wrist actually lets you catch your opponent flat-footed, even in the middle of combat. If they have Uncanny Dodge, for example, they retain their Dex bonus when flat-footed, so you can't Sneak Attack them.

It's quite different to the mechanics of a Feint.
