Nah, just random ideas.

Less randomly while levelling should be based on extra attacks not every instance should be full bore ...that is my random thought

When you would have advantage on the attack roll or another enemy of the target is within 5 feet of it, you can exploit a foe’s distraction to apply a maneuver to a subsequent attack against the target enemy as though you had a combat superiority die.

OK that is too easy... and doesnt use up any of the resources of the fighter. hmmm hrumph.

edit: how about if not using light armor and weaponry teamed advantage is risky and grants enemy advantage on retaliation?
