This is just not right....

Last night I had a dream that I was arguing with someone on these boards. I actually dreamt I was in front of my computer, typing away, with gold words on the dark background appearing on my screen. I could even see the little icons and everything. We were arguing over some d20 Modern rules, which is even more funny because I've never played in a d20 Modern game, ever.

I am pathetic.

I'll tell you what's not right. Having recurring dreams about visiting distant game stores. Then one day deciding to visit all the stores you know about, only to realize these were dreams you were having and thus you are stuck the same old same old choices.

LOL! Yes, in fact, I am terrible at arguments.

When I woke up I had to actually think about whether I had just dreamed the conversation/thread or not. It was a little scary.

Do you ever have the dream where you are in a store after hours and you can take as much stuff as you want? I have that one all the time and no matter what kind of store it is, there is always a shopping cart that I can push around and fill up. I run around the store and just throw anything I can get my hands on in the cart.

I'm always mad as hell when I wake up, as if I really expect to be able to keep all the stuff in the cart....

I have the 'unlimited stuff' dream too, Eris. Nothing quite as irritating when you wake up to discover you don't have any of that cool stuff.

When I was a child I had a recurring dream about being in a toy store after it was closed, but I had to escape from the robbers in the place. Eventually I guess that morphed into the game store dream.
