IIRC, all characters have a wealth score in d20 modern, rather than tracking individual cash. If you want to buy something, you make a wealth check against the purchase DC.

im confused.. d20 modern is supposed to be for the RL right? i dont understand what the (magic) bit is doing there or how duct tape can heal damage if you only take 6 seconds to apply it....

i think im probably misunderstanding.... help me out here
