This thread IS NOT about Dragon 300 etc...

I will be-

* washing my car - it looks like the road construction is finally done.

* renting The Count of Monte Cristo (I missed it in the theaters)

* writing a comic for a buddy who wants to break in as an artist

* placing an order with Talon Comics

* work on my adventure for when my group, finally, gets together again.

I'm off work in half an hour WOOHOO!!

I get to spend tomorrow with my boys (3 yr old and 1yr old) while my wife works. Lots of rough-housing in the living room and making a mess for when mom gets home. : )

Sunday I'm going to watch the Vikings kick some Buffalo butt!!

I think I'll spend a large part of the weekend playing Dark Age of Camelot. My Minstrel is about to make level 43 and I want to grind that out so I can get the final run-speed song. Then I want to hit the battlefield and kill lots of elves and dwarves.

I want to spend some time writing a Story Hour update too, maybe Saturday morning, and I also want to paint some minis and work on my campaign.

If I'm feeling responsible I might clean my house, but no guarantees.

My cat is cool but wierd. She likes to be petted but hates to be picked up. I pick her up anyway. :p

Oh well, here goes...

I moved to California a year ago. I've been trying to get a game going since my stuff got unpacked (Probably the second day)

I've just joined a new group whose style seems to work. I'll be DMing at my place tomorrow for the first time with these guys.

Wish me luck.

Oh and 1 of our cats is quite possibly the dumbest mammal to ever walk the earth.

This is the first weekend in months where I don't need to worry about packing, moving, travelling to visit relatives, or worry about how I'm going to scrape togehter enough food to feed my family. After I take my car in for some new brakes Saturday morning, I plan to relax, nap when my daughter takes her nap, and maybe organize my Magic cards and comics. Oh, yeah, and think about some options for what adventure to run on our DM's off weeks.

I plan to enjoy all of it. Even getting the car fixed (no more metal-on-metal grinding action!).

Well, there's a great episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 on tomorrow morning called "Prince of Space" which is gods-aweful!

The show still comes on Sci-Fi at 9:00 EST for anyone still interested.

Cheers!

I love that show! We don't get it in Canada, though.:(

I wish the Space Channel would pick it up, but they're moving away from sci-fi programming. What the hey? A sci-fi channel that doesn't want to be pigeonholed as a sci-fi channel.

My cats have been taking turns hopping up on the computer desk today. They all came by to say hello and have a snuggle session.
