Thread that talked a lot about Riddle of Steel?

I was reading a thread that talked about (I think) interesting rules sub systems. It mentioned Riddle a Steel a lot, I think also Burning Wheel, and Pendragon.

I can't seem to find the thread.

Does anyone remember what it is?

I know it's not the best 5 RPG books thread, or the Non-d20 systems thread.
