Assuming:
BAB from monk give me 2 attacks each round.
Thri-Kreen got 4 arms.
With Improved Multiattack feat, I can do 2 attacks with each off-hand (all 3)
Then I choose to full-attack.
If I wield a Kama in each of the 4 hands, I'll get a total of 8 attacks in one round, no?
But If I wanted to do unarmed damage instead, can I do that with all the 8 attacks?
Or do I do 2 unarmed attacks, and 6 attacks with the kama?
Or only 2 unarmed attacks, and thats it?
OK, under those assumptions ... (And a base BAB of, say, +10 - 14th-level Monk)
Your Full Attack could look like:
- Unarmed Only: Unarmed Strike +10 / +5, 3d6+X
- Weapons Only: Kama +10 / +5, 1d8+X
- Weapons Only (MWF): 1 Kama +8 / +3, 1d8+X; 3 Kamas +8 / +3 1d8+.5X
- Unarmed Only, Flurry: Unarmed Strike +10 / +10 / +10 / +5, 3d6+X
- Weapons Only, Flurry: Kama +10 / +10 / +10 / +5, 1d8+X
- Weapons and Unarmed Mixed, Flurry: +10 / +10 / +10 / +5, 1d8+X (Kama) or 3d6+X (Unarmed)
Note, on the last, because you aren't taking advantage of TWF / MWF rules, you may freely intersperse any given monk weapon or unarmed strike for any attack. Thus, you could go K1, K2, US, US, K1, etc. - any mix of all five weapons (US, K1, K2, K3, K4) is permissible.
Now, here it gets complicated. If you want to mix unarmed attacks and MWF, the Sage offers up some rules in his FAQ. I don't like them, but we'll assume, for the moment, that they're right. According to him, any weapon you use in a flurry is unavailable for off-hand attacks, and vice-versa. The optimal solution, then, is to use all of your monk attacks as your primary attack, and all your kamas as off-hand attacks. Note that you can use them because they are monk weapons - you could not use a dagger or longsword in one hand when you are flurrying. So (given kamas are light) ...
- Weapons and Unarmed Mixed, Flurry (MWF): Unarmed Strike +8 / +8 / +8 / +3, 3d6+X; 4 Kamas +8 / +3 1d8+.5X
Accordingly, you've got 12 attacks per round - 8 from kamas, 4 from US.
