Tiefling Variants

I created some non-Asmodean Tieflings for character concepts with some ...thing... else in their family tree. These are intended to be a close parallel to the by-the-book race.
All proposals involve changes to Hellish Resistance and Infernal Legacy.
Comments / improvements welcome. In particular, is anything so much more powerful (or so much less effective) that it is an auto-decision for / against?

format:
Name of Variant
Hellish Resistance permits Resist (this damage) instead of original Resist (Fire)
Replace Hellish Rebuke in Infernal Legacy with this spell-duplicating ability
Replace Darkness in Infernal Legacy with this spell-duplicating ability

Storm Tiefling
Lightning damage
Witch bolt as 2nd-level spell, no concentration allowed
Gust of wind

Acid Elemental
Acid damage
Melf’s acid arrow
Silence

Cold Elemental
Cold damage
Chromatic orb (cold only) as 2nd-level spell
Fog cloud as 2nd-level spell (fluffed as a snow flurry?)

Thunderboomer
Thunder damage
Thunderwave as 2nd-level spell
Fog cloud
as 2nd-level spell

Son of a succubus…
Psychic damage
Dissonant whispers as 2nd-level spell
Enthrall

Fallen celestial
Radiant damage
Guiding bolt
Color Spray as 2nd-level spell

Child of the World-Serpent (Primal)

Spawn of Orcus

Inflict wounds as a 2nd-level spell

This is a pretty cool concept. I would let my players use the ones you have suggested (Spawn of Orcus seems especially cool), and would suggest that the appearances of such variant teiflings being different, such as Spawn of Orcus looking somewhat undead.
