I must say I prefer Otherworld Miniatures' takes on the classic Monster Manual beasties. Particularly the OM bulette just cannot be beat. They aren't pre-painted, though. And no ankheg or couatl.

I really want it - but it is WAY over priced for 8 pre-painted plastic minis. :cry:
No kidding, they're trying to hit that nostalgia button way too hard.

Lucky me, I got an old Ral Partha mini of the Mind Flayer that mimics the one from the MM. Not many other monsters I'd get based on the old artwork (well, other than the bulette looking pretty good...)
