Also, I have a feeling the Looney Toons characters and tropes are going to be much less familiar to the current generation than they were in the 90s. They've lost a lot of market share. Seems like that could make this a much more uphill battle this time around.

It's a strange choice too, because some of those VAs are still available and working on those new Animaniacs seasons.

Yeah, my kids know the Looney Tunes characters the way they know the Star Wars characters -- things their dad likes and they find to be fine.
Spongebob Squarepants has replaced Looney Tunes for Millennials and later generations, and justly so.

30 years ago, the old Loony Toons shorts used to show up semi-regularly on TV, but these days, I don't think kids could recognise Bugs. I think WB took their eyes off this ball for to long to successfully bring it back now.

Space What? The kids certainly haven't seen it. The film flopped, especially outside the USA, because it featured some sportsperson no one has heard of playing a sport that isn't particularly popular.
