To Catch a Crimelord, or Down the Rabbit Hole (garyh judging)

[sblock=ooc]

It's a little hard to tell from the description if this is applicable since I'm not entirely sure of the starting locations of all the zombies, but without clever use of readied actions each zombie would have to act on a separate turn so any of them moving past Lily's spirit companion on their own turn would be subject to the OA attack. I only bring it up because the way you worded it, it seemed like it once it was spent, that was it.

Spirit uses your opportunity action, you get 1/round

Spirit’s Shield: You gain the spirit’s shield power, an attack you make through your spirit companion as an opportunity action.

I can't find mention of unlimited Opportunity actions for the companion. [/sblock]

[sblock=Everyone but Lily]
You recognize the zombies throwing the darkness as the same ones in the sewers before you confronted the dragon, same with the wight! [/sblock]

I hate to be all rules lawyery, but this is an important part of how the shaman plays, and was the basis behind the choice of placement last turn.

See page 268 of the PHB.
You can take up to 1 Opportunity Action one every combatants turn but your own.

Immediate Actions are 1/round.

Page 120 of the PHB2.
Spirit's Fangs is clearly listed as an opportunity action and not an immediate action.

[sblock=OOC]
Not rules lawyering at all, I misread Opportunity Actions. Thanks for corrections, I misinterpreted it as Immediate actions. Didn't realize you got unlimited opportunity actions, I guess the shaman is better than I realized. Nice work.

Don't have time to update the map, but they would still charge Georg, but Lilth snuffs them out. 1d20+5=20, 1d20+5=17 so Georg is back to 20/30. and Z45 & 91 were dead before hitting Georg.

John you can re-do actions.

Sorry guys[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC] I have made this mistake too, renau1g. What the PHB says is "Once per Combatant’s Turn: You can take no more than one opportunity action on each other
combatant’s turn. You can’t take an opportunity action on your own turn." so you get one for EACH other combatant (i.e. each zombie)

Kruk yells to the paladin: "Raiyek, go for the ugly one to the north! I'll help Lily here and then meet you later! Lily, I got your back! " As he does strikes first to the at the zombie to his southeast. After hitting him he shifts northeast and attacks the dog. This time the blow releases a clap of thunder as lightning flashes throughout the dog, much to its displeasure. He then moves forward to help Georg, taking a vicious swipe at the zombie to the northeast of the wizard.

edit: i messed up. I don't have my thundering power.

[sblock=actions]
minor: none
action: Passing attack: 1d20+9=21 for 1d10+5=10

since the first attack was a hit, kruk shifts to AJ14 and attacks the dog: 1d20+11=22
for 1d10+5=6

Moveement: move to af12 and attack zombie 91

Brash strike against zombie 91: 1d20+11=24

Kruk grants CA to all attacks until the start of next turn. Kruk marks zombie 91 if he's still in play.

Those zombies in front of Georg were already dead, killed by Lilth. Sorry for the confusion. You have your AP back now though. Please let me know if you'd like to do anything with it this turn?[/sblock]

Carolina reloads her crossbow and creeps out through the doorway, staying close to the wall. She finds a safe spot between the two buildings, and then lets the bolt fly into the thing that used to be a dog. The dog turns and growls as the halfling came near, but as the bolt flew from Carolina's weapon it went through the missing eye of the zombie-dog and right into its brain.

The creature fell over, unmoving.
