Another possible (and very simple) fix for WRT, from a different perspective on the ability:

Remove the line "If she has already acted in the current round, she acts again". That's all.


Perspective: My 'first impression' of WRT was that it was an initiative boosting maneuver. It was only after I read about it being broken that I went back and realized that it was a Haste or Snake's Swiftness style effect. The proposed change definitely nerfs the maneuver, but it doesn't change what I feel is the original intent of the maneuver, which is to share your own good initiative score with the rest of your party.

That's a good idea, and does a fine job of curbing abuse.

I do feel it's a little weaker than a 3rd level maneuver should be. I'd probably allow that as a 1st or 2nd level maneuver.
