In no particular order:
1) if you’re looking for music to practice your chest compressions to, a lot of techno music is 110-140BPM, with 120BPM being among the most common. And lyrics ere rare, if that matters.
This guy has a LOT of videos to choose from.
2) I’ve seen both sides of dangerous hydration. I almost became a heat stroke statistic my junior year of HS, when I was in 2-a-days for my school’s football team…in August…in Texas. I was drinking, but not nearly enough. When I uncharacteristically messed up a play, the line coach pulled me aside to ask what I was thinking, and realized my uniform was bone dry. I was immediately put into the shade with my own personal water bottle and a trainer there to make sure I used it.
OTOH, my maternal aunt wound up in urgent care facilities TWICE because she overhydrated. Her symptoms were a lot like someone having a stroke.
