Thanks. I checked out a few videos. I noticed that some of the players wore different colored helmets from their teammates. My thoughts are that the players are paying for their own equipment and they use what they can find.
As I recall, that’s what European “American Football” organizations were doing before the WLAF (renamed NFL Europe) formed. It wouldn’t surprise me to find teams in those organizations doing that still/again.
