I'm going to find the thread where I first realized WotC fired me as a customer and resurrect it!
I would guess either the introduction of 4e or the cancelling of their hands on magazines.
Its all just business but I am coming to hate the cold thought process of today's big companys. Employees and customers mean nothing to the big guys. So long as we give over money its all good to them.
I suspect this is why (except for miniatures) I have not bought any WoTC product in over two years.
