Tome of Horrors - Evil Nitpicker at work!

I shudder at a Typodaemon's CR...

Found one more: Lucifer should have 13 feats for his many HD; he 'only' has 11.

Also, the Demonic knight sounds more lawful than chaotic with its unswerving loyalty and following orders without questions. So even though it's demonic, I would say it's lawful (shouldn't be a problem since it's not a demon).

erhm...can Baaphel really use wish at will? That's a bit stiff at CR 22 and considering he's only a duke. The Archdevils can't even use wish at all (except through spellcasting, of course). That practically gives him the use of any spell as a spell-like ability - which makes his circle of death limited use void....

If that' not a typo, the first thing to do is increase all his stats by 5 (and Belial's too)....ouch!

A little more, allthough some of this is more question-like than nitpicking.

Charon the Boatman has the Quicken Spell and Maximize Spell feats, but is unable to cast spells. Even if they are minded at his spell-like abilities, they are not that much use, especially max. spell.
Should he have been able to cast spells as the other powerful fiends and was this omitted by mistake? This would explain his high CR as well.

Orcus has only one weapon attack when every other outsider has the 'fighter routine'? Why?

Oh, and apparently he casts spells as a 335th level cleric! Beware;)

I really love this book and can't wait to spring a few nasty surprises on my players.

the demonknight example has it's AC listed as 27 (1 dex, 7 AC, 9 natural)

since it's wearing half-plate it shouldn't get that point of dexterity for AC

I would add to errata the dire creatures, who should be animals like the dire animals in the MM; rather than beasts.

Edit: My bad. Don't had the book with me when I typed that, and my memory botched.
