The tomb tapper is indeed, huge, so you'll have to wait on that. Also, in Lost Empires of Faerun, the Phaerimm now have age categories, so there is a phaerimm for sizes tiny to huge.

Yes it would.If it attacks a humanoid, they get -4 AC; if it is struck by a humanoid, they get -4 attack and -5 damage (minimum 5). Not that hard.
