Chris, I just tried to order the Advanced Bestiary from Amazon and they gave me a delivery date of February 6th!! What's the story?!

That may have to do with the number of backorders on it. It has been in my amazon queue since February of this year. There may be many others in the same boat.

The same thing happened with Hamunaptra which I'm getting half way through January!

I have no insight as to the arcane ordering methods used by Amazon. They order our books through Ingram, so we don't deal with them directly. I have noticed that today's "will ship in four weeks" can turn into tomorrow "will ship in 24 hours" with no notice. I can say that both are in stock and easily available, so Amazon should not have any difficulties stocking up.

And to answer your question, Phil, I'm quite happy with how the Black Company turned out. While I was working away on WFRP 2nd edition, Rob Schwalb really stepped up to the plate with the Black Company. I think Rob and crew really captured the feel of the Black Company books (and the non-magical ranger class rocks).

Best of 2004:
  1. Denizens of Avadnu and Legends of Avadnu
  2. Expanded Psionics Handbook
  3. Grim Tales
  4. Iron Kingdoms CG
  5. World of Darkness 2.0 and Vampire: The Requiem
Looking Forward:
  1. The Immortal's Handbook (Looking at you Krust.)
  2. Werewolf: The Forsaken
  3. Slavelords of Cydonia
  4. Black Company
  5. The Violet Dawn line from Inner Circle Games

I've seen several peole mention Mongooes's Book of Planes. What about their 'CLassic Play: Hell'? Any comments on that one?

What do we know so far about World's Largest City?

Thanks, Chris. You guys keep improving with each new release (which is impressive, since you already had great products) and I'm anxiously awaiting several products you've got lined up.

Very little. AEG's Jim Pinto was asked about this in the World's Largest Dungeon spoiler thread and all he would say was that it *is* a real product, but he's not going to say much else at this time.

My Top 5:
1. Arms & Armor v3.5
2. World's Largest Dungeon
3. Warcraft: Magic & Mayhem
4. Grim Tales
5. (tie) Dweomercraft: Familiars / The Pantheon and Pagan Faiths

Awaiting:
1. World's Largest City
2. Lore of the Gods
3. Dark Walkers
4. Wildwood
5. Warcraft: Shadows & Light (mmmmm, epic stuff)

Okay, so I'm biased... :)
