True Sorcery Conversion Questions

I'm specificcally interested in converting a spellfire wielder to true sorcery and implementing the Arcane Fire ability from the Archmage but am bewildered how to convert to the levelless system that TS uses.

Any ideas?

For those of us who aren't familiar the Spellfire Wielder, can you prvide a little more information on the abilities you want to emulate?

It's from Forgotten Realms, it basically allows you to absorb the magic being cast at you and redirect into a "Spellfire" blast at your designated target. Think Bishop from the X-men.
