What he said. Lucky is too good as is, IMHO, even if in compensation for a weak stat.

As far as the weapon stuff goes, it's easy enough to tweak it if you don't like what you see. I did and will continue to do so if need be.

If you up the sword to +5 19-20/+3 then it is far better than the axe unless you also increase it to +5 20/+4.
Which is something like what I was thinking of doing, originally. Still might. I'll have to go through the numbers a bit first, work out the odds of this and that, etc.
 

It is the paladin ability to add Cha to all saves.

This is too powerful, specially in the hands of a spellcaster who will make their fatigue rolls.

a +1 to fort ref and will is balanced.

Or, allow the player to spend a conviction point to add their charisma to a save or to all saves for a certain number of rounds = to Cha. Something along those lines could be useful and more inline with the ability.

currently, all power users should/will take Lucky.

I had the same problem- I ended up emailing "sassy ronin" and, although i never received a confirmation, I can get in now. I actually wonder if they know about the problem...
