A tall, young man with a pair of swords strapped to his back and startling orange eyes strides into the arena, dropping a trio of shining gold coins into the admitions box. He stares at the audience, and yells out a challenge:

"I am Sahiro Tso-Nah, and I find your countrymen to be cowardly, your well to be slovenly, and your katana to be slow!"

Strategy match (judge gen'd hands) only, as you know I'm a tier 3 Sash, so 3 of you're Yen are at stake. I'd prefer it if you actually have all 3 yen, I like to take large sums of gold away from people. ;) No style matches please, speed if you want. Any takers?

"I am Ratasal and I want to take your yen to fund my quest to revenge my brother!"

"I find your son to be childish, your lands to be valueless, and your victories to be ignorable."

A dignified old man approaches, his silk kimono embroidered with a soaring ki-rin. Behind him trails a chubby flag boy with an armful of flags and a sack of sweet cakes. The flag boy sets up a folding chair and silken parasol for the elder.

Seating himself, the elder says, "To demean one's katana or one's victories? Both of these insults are strong. But Tso-Nah is too young to have an adult son, and so to call his son childish is little insult at all. Insults to Tso-Nah."

Tso-Nah's Hand:
1: The spear lies by the well; scatters the touch of the crevice!

2: The scorpion shouts below the rapids so it decimates the Garden of Worship; averts the blood of the cave!

3: The chimera flips close to the fountain; shields the descent of the farm!

4: The panther punches on top of the glacier; grasps the beauty of the tree!

5: The crab insanely bashes the well; grasps the slash of the mire!

Ratasal's Hand:
1: The crab wounds the sea; parries the stab of the flower!

2: The crab dodges with the heavens; conceals the thrust of the club!

3: The nunchaku sweeps across the ricefield; quells the terror of the holy ground!

4: The fox rides atop the temple; negates the descent of the tides!

5: The crane demolishes the castle and harshly shatters NorthGuard Keep; dodges the chaos of the tides!

The judge adds, "The ancient masters have decreed this match to take place at the sea south of the Obsidian Tower on the night of the dragon."

The scorpion shouts below the rapids so it decimates the Garden of Worship; averts the blood of the cave!

Tso-Nah swings his sword down like the deadly spike of the scorpian!

"Tso-Nah," says the judge, "your offense is strong. But Ratasal's is significantly stronger, and his defense is more elegant. Point to Ratasal."

One flag Ratasal, zero flags Tso-Nah.

The crab insanely bashes the well; grasps the slash of the mire!

Tso-Nah ignores defense, and goes for an all-out attack with both swords!
