Tumble + Mobility

Two questions with Tumble + Mobility:

* If a character tumbles and fails his roll, opponents can make attacks of opportunity on him. Would his +4 AC from mobility apply in this situation?

* If you use the alternate tumbling rule that grants an AC bonus, would his +4 AC from mobility also apply? I would assume so because dodge bonuses stack.

Second question: I don't use that rule, but that sounds right. Dodge bonuses do always stack.
