Oh yeah baby, you know the one. Here's my 5E writeup of the Keep on the Borderlands from...well... the Keep on the Borderlands. "There are many like it but this one is mine?" I'm referencing Full Metal Jacket but I'm not sure how true the statement is or not...5E has been out a long time.
Anyway this is JUST the Keep, not the caves, not the wilderness, not the context. Speaking of context, I am not straight up remaking KotB for 5E. I am using a modified KotB as the first episode of a 5E campaign. This might be referenced here and there in the excerpt.

The answer to my question of "how long can I keep up this frequency of updates" is apparently "almost one week", by the way. After tomorrow I'm going to redo my release schedule.
