Twin Strike

Can the Ranger's Twin Strike At-Will Power be used against two separate targets?

My apologies, as I am quite sure that this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find an actual reference.

Yes. Resolve the first attack, then then second, either on the original target or a new one if it's dead or if you prefer.

How i read it is that you select 1 or 2 targets for the attack and then roll to see if you hit. The reason why is i would not want to slow down combat with attacks being roled in a step by step fashion.

What is funny i had a player that read twin strike and thought that he could only use the second attack on a diffrant target.

I'd be interested to know whether you can resolve attack 1 before attack two. If you can't then you could waste the second attack.

Can't find any direct confirmation under the power entry - anyone know for sure?

I'm inclined to agree that you have to choose the targets before making your attack rolls, as it reads Targets: One or two creatures, then the Attack: indicates to make two attack rolls. (This was mentioned above, I agree with it.)
