Have you seen the new Nerf on Throw and Stab? Manticore's Fury won't work with it now. You'd be better to go with Expertise than weapon focus as you need to hit to do damage and the +2 proficiency hammer hurts you there.

Damage should be lower as you need to calculate it times the probability you hit (likely 45-55%)

no i havent

ok im new to calculate avrage damage

No big problem, there was a time where I couldn't do it as well. I read some threads on dpr calculations at the WotC CharOp boards - like this.

You should improve the layout of your calculations as well and name the types of bonuses you add.

<attack name>
1d10 = 5,5 weapon
+3 weapon enhancement
+6 STR
+2 item (Iron Armbands of Power: heroic)
= 16,5

Dude that's some impressive improvement. And I like to help you improve it further.

1) Throw and Stab has two attacks, sperate them a)the throw and b) the charge
2) Types of bonuses: e.g. +2 item (IAoP): item is the type of the bonus - and the source in this case. Check your bonuses not every feat gives a feat bonus, there are many that grant untyped bonuses. If there are two bonuses of the same type don't add them, apply only the higher one. It's the type of bonus that matters not the source.
3) include the attack bonus for each attack: nobody cares about high damage if you never ever hit

EDIT: Due to the Throw and Stab nerf, you're whole idea is moot. Here's the updated version:
Code:
Throw and Stab Ranger Attack 1
You fling a weapon at one foe and then charge another enemy.
At-Will ✦ Martial, Weapon
Standard Action        Ranged weapon
Requirement: You must be wielding both a thrown weapon and a melee weapon.
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength vs. AC (thrown weapon)
Hit: 1[W] damage.
  Level 21: 2[W] damage.
Effect: You move up to your speed and make a melee basic attack against
          a creature other than the target.
