Are there spoilers in the reviews?

On a side note- is anyone else a little irritated by their choices for the movie? It may work out in the end, but it seems Elektra was a poor choice for the first movie. Karen Page, and her death, might have better served the character- and pushed him in the direction of his current personality in the c-books.

oh well, I like their choice for Kingpin. I hope it is good.

Do you think Urich will work at the Bugle? Will they have JJ? :D

Thanks Krug. Isn't that just one review thouigh, that uses two pages to avoid giving spoilers?

I read the one by Moriarty. It has a spoiler and non-spoiler version (the above 2 are from different reviewers). He liked it very much. He thought Affleck and Garner had some really good chemistry and the movie was very much about Matt Murdock (DD). 2/14 can't get here soon enough. :D

Naw, save the Karen Page stuff for a sequel. Besides, now we get to see Jennifer Garner, which to me is always a good thing. :D

The Kingpin is totally miscast, dammit!

I could not think of any one better to play the Kingpin. He has a demanding physical presence and is a good actor.

Why is he a total miscast? Because of his skin color? Skin color is not a relevant factor to the Kingpin. In fact, I would say it is a wise change since it reinforces his rise from the slums, against the odds, into the power house he is today.

He's not fat! Sure he's really strong as well, but still huge!

Sure there's no one who's actually like that, but then again I don't have a problem with it myself.
