If a character is rendered unconscious from poison (Drow poison for instance), can they be revived/awakened using an aid other action (similar to sleep spell) or other means?

Unconscious: Knocked out and helpless. Unconsciousness can result from having current hit points between –1 and –9, or from nonlethal damage in excess of current hit points.

Unconscious isn't the same as sleeping. Unconsciousness lasts as long as it's indicated.

The "Unconscious" condition doesn't really cover recovery. If you are unconscious from going into negative hit points, you can recover by being healed back to 0+ hp. Is there any reasonable way to recover from other unconscious states? Heal check, Neutralize Poison, other Cure spells? What about unconsciousness due to drowning (I can't remember if you go to negative hitpoints, or just lose consciousness)?

Peace,

Well, if you get rid of the cause of the unconsciousness, you should get rid of the unconsciousness as well. If it was induced by Poison, any matter of Neutralizing the Poison should wake the unconscious character. If you go down because of negative HP, you get up when your HP's go back into the positive. If you go unconscious from drowning, it's usually, IIRC, because you suffered damage.
