Orange was done in Dragon Compendium Volume One.
Yellow was done in Dragon Compendium Volume One, but it is different from the one in 2E Monstrous Manual. They are similiar mostly in design, however.

The Dragon #38 versions of the Brown, Orange and Yellow Dragons are quite different from the 2E Dragons of the same name and their 3E reinterpretations, which is why they're being given their own conversions.
