I don't think anything to do with errata will be tied to the monthly DDI fee. I haven't seen any quote which indicates it does. You would have to pay a small one time fee for the pdf version of a book, which presumably would get updated with errata as it came out, but nowhere has it been stated that the errata updated version will be tied to a monthly fee.

getting back to the original topic I have seen very little I care for. They are fixing things that i felt werent broken and I feel very happy with my current library without havign to force myself and players to learn something new.

IMHO, paying for errata -- even each of us paying the cost of a cup of coffee -- is a bad idea. It makes poor editting and lack or playtesting into a source of revenue.
In the section that mentions the "cup of coffee" you aren't paying for the errata. You are paying to activate the electronic copy of the book which gets automatic updates.

If you don't choose that option then you have to download the free errata from the website.

Well, that would be different, then.

Yeah, having to pay for fixes that they screwed up/failed ot notice in the first place seriously rubs me the wrong way.

As for Dragon/Dungeon being digital only? I just got my Pathfinder in PDF and then hard copy a few days later. I enjoyed the print format much more. So if they want me interested in DUngeon or Dragon they better eventually offer it up in print.

I also believe errata will be free as usual regardless of frequency.
I also believe web enhancements will have to be paid for (part of their monthly fee) which is stupid especially considering that I paid for the print books.

Funny thing is 4E will be here regardless, and fanboy types will eat anything from the WotC cafeteria. There are enough of us that prefer 3.5 (basing thison reactions to the various changes being implemented in 4E), so just vote with your wallets.

Maybe with 5E, they will get back to D&D, but with WotC, Im not optimistic.

Sorry if this post offends anyone in particular.
