I have a guest RPing Tailspinner's Cleric as an NPC.
Your Halfling Rogue/Witch will be a decent replacement for Devlin. I will start looking at an inject for him and an exit for Devlin. I have a few ideas already and it might help to kickstart that adventure into something constructive towards moving forward.

Sounds good! Hopefully Francis sobers up sometimes soon. Would it be better to read through the whole thread and pretend like he's been there the whole time, or come in new and roleplay from there?

You might want to have him exit the DWI and take a trip to the Mystic Pearl. I plan to inject him straight into the frozen country already there ahead of the rest of the PCs.

Yep, cold.
I was not planning to magic wand him into the party. But you can skim the thread for the general gist of the situation and the location the PCs are at now. You don't need to read all the posts.

After reading through the the last few pages, I don't know what the recommendation for taking my pig with me.

I recall Devlin had his pony, but left it on the ship. With what I have in mind for injecting FJ, the pig might not fit as well. I was thinking he would be a more covert and unobtrusive since arriving at Yarendel.
Btw, most of what you need to know is in the first few pages, not the last.

If you guys still need someone to conduct a low-level adventure, I can probably use my copy of the Wheel of Evil adventure module. It would start somewhat slow due to my schedule, but take off by 9 November.
