Hi, fellow demons and monster updaters! 
I searched for some little devious demons and stumbled over the Uridezu from the Manual of the Planes (not the Planar Handbook!) from 3.0. I've updated it's statistics from the WotC Update Booklet some weeks ago.
Now re-calculating the stats, I found that there are dark powers at work, who denied the poor rat-demon one feat and gave him more skill points than the petty thing deserved. Even substracting the points from Animal Empathy, they shoud be 70. Further they let the uridezu keep its Animal Empathy skill from 3.0.
Above all, the dark schemers at work have overseen that the whip is now a melee weapon (that functions in some respects like a ranged weapon) instead of the old 3.0-ranged desaster. The dark powers have not decided, what kind of weapon type the whip tail will be.
I have my proposals at my desk, but I'd like to read some comments.
