I personally think that Requiem is the best of the two, especially because it is more locally focused and the power-level has been decreased.
There is always Monte' Cooks WoD if you don't wish to spend much time translating into d20.
I have been pondering taking things from nWoD and placing them into 4e. There are some similarities in the rules, such as certain abilities being triggered only at certain times. Once an encounter in 4e is like once a scene in nWoD.
