1.If someone wants to create a story line, is there a formula to determine
what level are the encounters (By adding the number of enemies or their levels perhaps)?
2.Standing up (Move Action) provokes attacks of opportunity?
3.Beacon of Hope (Cleric Attack 1) says:
You and all your allies in the burst regain 5 hit points,
and your healing powers restore +5 hit points until the end of the encounter.
What exactly means the last part "restore +5 hit points until the end of the encounter"?
The Cleric gets to choose when to heal the extra 5 HP?
4.You see ofter in implements:
Critical: +1d8 damage per plus. What does the "per plus" mean?
5.If my character wields longsword and light shield, and I want to attack with a two-handed weapon, as what action counts drawing that weapon? Also as what action counts doing the opposite?
6.If I have more than one implements in my backpack, to change the implement I hold counts as minor action?
7.Let's say the Warlock has two rods in his hands: Rod of Reaving and Rod of Corruption.
When I place Warlock's Curse on a target, the property of Rod of Reaving triggers and the creature takes x damage. If the creature drops to 0 HP because of that damage, can I use the property of Rod of Corruption to transfer Warlock’s Curse to each enemy within 5 squares of the original target, or am I still using Rod of Reaving?
8.If a Paladin attacks a creature with immune to fear, with Fearsome Smite which has the Keywords: Divine, Fear, Weapon, what happens? Does the immunity cansel the attack?
9.If a creature gets resist 5 Fire from an object or effect, and also gets Vulnerable 5 Fire from an enemy, what happens?
They counter each other?
10.Is there a skill check a character can make to find out how much remaining HP an enemy has?
11.If a chacter succeeds in intimidate check against an enemy, who decides what happens (the enemy surrenders if bloodied, the enemy takes a different acion, ... ). Does the race or class or creature determine that action? For example can a zombie surrender?
12.Do you know any PC Game based on 4th edition coming out soon?
(I'm curious to see how they'll use the powers in a non-turn based game)
