*Whinoah cautiously retreats as far back as she can, evading the grasping tentacle that seeks to coil around her a second time before sinking into the blue waters of the lagoon, which goes still, for the moment, as if daring her to approach. Then, before she can react, a squidlike entity suffused with evershifting colours emerges from the deeps and moves to the water's edge, stretching out its tentacle to grab at her again, which she dodges again.*

Whinoah will move around shiftily, and fire several arrows at the creature.

(OOC: I think she can only Manyshot 2 arrows because she lacks a +11 BAB. Am I reading it wrong?)

*Whinoah moves about shiftily and fires two arrows at the beast, hitting it for two solid blows. Enraged, it moves forward slightly onto the beach and attacks with a tentacle again, but it misses again.*

Whinoah will put distance between her and the beast before inleashing 2 more arrows.

OOC2: If it's not too late, I'd like to use Conacia's Blessing on Dex too.

*Whinoah skips backwards and fires two quick shots, and one of them takes the squid in the eye, killing it. A golden light bathes the lagoon before her*
