I wrote the one in Asgard magazine (http://www.d20reviews.com/asgard.htm), which tries to take into account monsters (something that Star Wars didn't do too clearly).

I wrote up a very customisable conversion I call "Severity Points" at my site: Zarrock's Dragonstar - it's in the New Rules section. It is very modular to allow for varying levels of "deadliness". It also includes a pretty easy to use Specific Critical Hit system to tag on.
