Vorpal Arrows?

What the heck is the name of that skill again? Damn. I just played it last night and I forgot already.

I have no idea. I don't even have the game, I've just heard about it from friends.

If you like cRPGs, I highly recommend this game. Besides, it's well worth the money just for the playtime alone. I've been playing for a total of somewhere around 28 hours, and I've just entered chapter 2, and there's 5 chapters.

I dig the hell outta this game. Good roleplay. Nicely executed cRPG version of the 3rd edition rules. Good amount of Hack-n-Slash. Beautiful graphics.

Well worth the money, my friend, if you like cRPGs, of course. :)

If I thought my computer could run it, I might be tempted to check it out. :)

What do you have?

Offbrand POS. It's about 5 years old. I don't play games on it, so it never mattered much. It's a pentium 266, around 180 megs of memory, and a lot of other impressive stats.

Umm...yeah...you won't be running NWN on that. On the bright side though, they're really cheap these days. You can pick up some damn beefy systems for about $400 bucks now.

Anyways, back on topic. Sorry about the hijacking. :)

I kinda figured it be the curse, but the idea of having Vorpal arrows sounds like a real good weapon for someone who hunts the PCs! Aint nothing scarier (sp?) then seeing your henchmen's head ripped clean off from an arrow! :)

Allowing some sort of save would be good, but what type? Fortitude or Reflex? and the DC? 18?

Definately a Fort save. It's not like a lightning bolt that just grazes you. If the arrow hits, it hits. An arrow really only grazes you when it misses (or if DR blocks it).
