Perhaps, but D&D Meepo is classic Meepo.

Folks, it's the same kobold. Wizards spent so much money on the PC iconics they didn't have the money for more than one of each race for the NPCs. So "Meepo" got to pose for both D&D and d20 Modern.

His real name is Barney, he's a sewer worker in Fresno CA, and has partial interest in a small gem mine in the San Bernardinos. He's also a recovering therianthrope.

If you assume D&D Meepo looks like the cute Kobold from the MM, and that Modern Meepo is the one in d20 Modern (he even got his name on his uniform), then my fav goes to D&D Meepo. He's cute. His "descendant" is freaky. Doesn't look like a kobold.
