D&D 4E Vote for your favorite 4E PHB cover!

Which PHB cover you prefer?

I voted the third one, though it needs to have a couple changes made, most notably the blue bars across the page need to be changed to a dark red, perhaps crimson, otherwise it provides too much contrast and starts to look like the US flag. If they dont want to do that, then they need to have it redrawn in a blue, white or grey dungeon theme (maybe in a frost giant or white dragons lair or some such, then they could maybe be in a ice cavern, and that would be rad.) If they refuse to do that, the one with the best "flow" is the one with the dragonborn.

It would have been really cool if the PHB had a group of adventurers, the MM had a big nasty dragon, and the DMG had them both facing off. (With obligitory treasure piles in the background.)

I agree!

3rd image to me symbolizes the name of the game + the name of the book combined:

DUNGEONS and DRAGONS
plus
PLAYERS handbook

The image style also has more "impact". Moe vibrant colours. A typical party of heroes covering all the bases (fighter, rogue, wizard, and of course the oh-so stereotypical dwarven cleric -- heh!). It is also "safe" for parents to buy to children, and really puts the emphasis on what D&d is all about: aventurers fightintg monsters in dungeons!

Since this is the only book most players will have, and since the book contains most of the rules (and not just things about character classes and stuff), then it definitely should depict the whole game. D&D can't go without its dragons!

Also, ONLY on the first image, dont' forget to vote here:
