Wow! I've actually received several votes from other people. That is a pleasant surprise. Whoever it was who voted for me, thank you for your support.

As to voting for yourself, all humility aside: If you honestly think you can do the job, why wouldn't you vote for yourself? And if you don't believe in yourself enough to vote for yourself, how can you expect others to vote for you? Just something I learned during class and club elections back in high school, and I thought I would pass it along. Judging from some of the posts, it seems some people didn't feel right about voting for themselves. You should never feel that way. Even if you think someone else can do the job better than you, if you can vote for more than one person, always vote for yourself.
