VP/WP for D&D...(Now in post form!)

All right, here's the deal. Your system grants too many wound points. If WP = 1/2 VP, you should apply the low damage threshold rule to wound damage, so that whenever you take more wounds than your CON score, make a save vs. 5 + the damage or be dropped to -1 WP.

One thing that many VP/WP systems seem to neglect to address (including this one) are other factors that might decrease vitality. You would have to incorporate such things as swimming, running, and a host of other tiring activities, including combat, into VP loss.
