D&D 5E VRGtR: Carnival Litwick Market Help

My PCs will be hitting the Carnival next month. Please help me flesh out what types of things would be sold at the Litwick Market. Mist talismans obviously, the book also calls out memories, so I'm thinking it might be possible to buy stat increases or feats, (milestone campaign style, so no XP for sell). Some Magic Items and spells for sure. A variety of mundane items too. What other stuff might be available for sale? what non-gold prices might there be?

Maybe you could sell something for hit points of stat points. I can see the fey having something Dracula-like that feeds off your vitality. Would you trade 10hp for +1 strength? What about 2hp per level for an ability to turn invisible 1/day?

I would go with this over taking years off your life since they do not mean much to PCs in game terms.

You could have a former spy master selling secrets.

A map merchant who sells maps to the most exotic locations like Deity Domains and particular Far Realms, a map of someone's dream, etc...

A Bard who sells healing songs.

Someone who sells Soul Coins as found in BG: DiA.
