Round Two:
Cepheus delays his shot - he can take his action as soon as Big B Posts.
The rogue that saw Solange goes down grins evilly, and steps up and helps his companion flank Pendrake. He tries to Stab Pendrake in the back, but fails.
The other rogue fares much better. He brings his sword across Pendrake's ribs, and makes a terrible gash across Pendrake's torso, inflicting 10 points of damage!
The thug, standing over Solange's body, glares at Auric and brings that massive plank down upon Auric's head. However, the warrior is able to nimbly dodge the attack, and is ready for his own counterattack.
(OOC: You missed the initial touch attack, Aiken. I just grabbed a d20 and rolled, and you got a 17, though).
Aiken is able to trip the leader, who grunts loudly and falls to the ground with a loud *thud*. Aiken then drives his blade downwards - the blade slides inward, and the man lets out a gasp. Aiken has to plant his foot on the lifeless man's chest in order to pull out the blade.
Pendrake's attack just barely misses; the rogues around him laugh crazily, until one notices that the leader is down.
"They got Deek!" the first says.
"Aye. But we've got 'em!"
"You sure?"
"We got it, mate!"
OOC: Waiting for Eternalsword and BigB. Will post tomorrow night, in any case.

Cepheus will switch weapons to use his hooked hammer and if possible flank one of the thugs (leader if possible) to do a sneak attack if possible.attack=12; damage=1; sneak attack damage=2

Aiken moves to the 2 thugs flanking Pendrake and Flanks one, preferably the one thinking that they got it.
Aiken moves into position behind one of the Thugs tag teaming on Pendrake and Slides(17) his rapier in his back. dam + sneak att (1d6+1=5, 1d6=3)
With an Evil Grin (tm) on his face he says "Ohh do you really think you got it?!"

Auric moves to the rogue that slashed Pendrake and delivers a perfect blow to his foe's neck.
attack: 1d20+3=23, 2d6+4=11 confirmation and critical hit damage:(1d20+3=16, 2d6+4=12)

If Pendrake is able to move from the following predicament:

he will take a 5 foot step to the right if possible, if not then to the left...and attack whichever is to the right as his shield is on the left side and the longsword on the right.
attack and damage (1d20+5,1d8+3=[19, 5], [3, 3])
The tall human bellows in pain as the thug slices his ribs like a pig on a spit, taking the pain thus generated and swings the sword for a solid hit.
ooc: i think i for got to put up a semi colan and therefor the roll and +'s were shown without the total. The numbers should have read to hit: )19+5 =24 crit) and damage: (3+3=6). as there is a crit, this is the confirmation:
critical confirmation (1d20+5=22, 1d8+3=5)
oh, and his hp are 2 of 12
