I've found the officials have done a pretty good job so far. In all the cases I have seen, I could understand them making the call. I don't necessarily AGREE with the call, but I understand!
The "no class" award for the week, IMO, goes to the Eagles fans at the Bucs-Eagles games. They cheered when Warren Sapp went down hurt (it sure wasn't the play... the volume rose noticeably when the TV showed Sapp on the ground). It was "just" an eye-gouge, but cheering an injury is not acceptable fan behavior in my book.
The Eagle players proved their mettle, though. They finally started scoring on the Bucs, and the Bucs offense stayed dead. Since the Bucs only fade late if it's <5 Celsius, I think they can go as high as 12-4 before losing to the Eagles in the playoffs again.
