Wands, and Higher Level Spells

Scenario: An 11th level Bard (has access to max 4th level bard spells) wants to use a wand of Analyze Dweomer (6th level bard spell)

Now, the spell is on his class spell list and he has 20 Charisma. Can he use the wand without penalty? Does he have to use Use Magic Device? If so, what would be the DC?

NEVERMIND! only 0-4th level spell may be used in wands. im a .

But what about scrolls?

If the scroll is the correct type (arcane), the spell is on the bard's class spell list, the bard has the requisite ability score (Cha 16), and his caster level is at least equal to the spell's caster level, then he can automatically activate the spell on the scroll.

So if the analyze dweomer spell on the scroll is CL 11th, an 11th level bard with Cha 16 or better can automatically activate it.
