I would actually say that it makes him more heroic and that it wasn't heroic at all before you came to this realization. If it only cost the warforged character travel time to do the deed before you realized this particular nuance of the rules then I don't think that it was heroic in the least. Certainly, the character did his job/civic duty or whatever, but it does not make him heroic if he did not risk anything (or very little), was not conflicted about it, did not sacrifice anything for it, or made a minimal effort to achieve it.Henry said:Oh, well - kills the heroism of the warforged who ran all night in our campaign to warn a city of an attack, though.I had forgotten about the nonlethal damage being independent of the fatigue - thanks for the catch!
Now, if we were to rewind the clock and the character did this feat of running despite the damage he might endure, the risk he was taking, sacrificing his hit points, or leaving family (if he could have blood relatives) and friends behind for the greater good then he is heroic.
