It's a horse carcass I'll never tire of flogging.

That's a healthy attitude. I hold it towards certain classes and races as well.Sphyre said:Ever since the first announcement of the Warlord, I've kept my opinion to myself. I didn't care for it because it didn't look like a class that I'd like to play.
Everything has confirmed that since then. That said, I still don't see why that's a problem. I think it's good to have a martial leader, but that doesn't mean I'd like playing one. I'm actually quite interested in a fighter much more than before. I like the idea of the fighter marking system and making it hard for things to get away. It really makes the fighter a "up in your face" kind of guy. I'm not against the warlord at all, I just feel it's not targeted towards me.
I know the question wasn't directed at me, but thought I'd mention that my initially first planned character actually was a Fighter/Warlord multiclass.Cadfan said:Do you think you might enjoy playing a Fighter alongside a Warlord? Not just in the sense of enjoying the Fighter in spite of the Warlord, but rather in the sense that having a Warlord in the party might make playing a Fighter even better?
Inspiring Word
Using the inspiring word power, warlords can grant their comrades additional resilience with nothing more than a shout of encouragement.
