Water Problems [DM: Voda Vosa; Judge: Kalidrev!]

Myoko's voice comes out sharp and crisp, a sound designed to carry across the battlefield. "Get behind me! Don't let them close with you!" she called out to Torqua as she lashed out with her spear against the nearest larva...

OOC: Invisible Castle seems to be down- again. Using Wolf-pack Tactics against DL 4, +6 vs. AC; before the attack, allow Torqua to shift 1 square as a free action (I think that to N 11 would be the only legal shift if she wants to take one, since that is out of the difficult terrain)

Myoko's voice comes out sharp and crisp, a sound designed to carry across the battlefield. "Get behind me! Don't let them close with you!" she called out to Torqua as she lashed out with her spear against the nearest larva...

"No need to tell me twice." Torqua replies as she limps behind Myoko, her leg only slightly more wounded than her ego after her last ridiculously bad attack.

OOC: Moving to N11 like Myoko said.

Voda Vosa

First Post
Torqua maneuvers for cover, while the jadite punctuates the maggot in front of her repeatedly until it's dead.
Apparently enraged by the loss of it's kin, the adult desert ankheg crawls out of his hole and grabs Myoko's leg with it's sharp pincers. It shakes the woman about and leaves her with a nasty burning wound before releasing her.

Vardaal's tremendous strike goes wide just for an inch, hitting the sand and lifting a cloud of it. In retaliation, the ankheg crawls out of his hole and crushes the bugbear's feet with it's mandibles, eating through his hide armor with the acid from his mouth.

First Post
Kavac follows after Vardaal and gives his maul a massive swing, his hammer crashes into the Ankheg. A wave of freezing air blasts everything nearby and the closest larvae falls to the ground. Seeing the larvae go down so easily excites Kavac and he looks for bigger prey. He bounds over to the other larvae ignoring the snap of jaws behind him and knocks the Ankheg aside easily, this was just to clear some space for what he was really after.

[sblock=OOC (Sorry I'm late!)]
All Rolls Here.
I'll shift to E6 and use Howl of Fury on DA1 (23 vs AC, 14 Damage) which also does 4 damage to the minion. This triggers Swift Charge so I charge DL3 (21 vs AC, 18 Damage) ending in J9 and I take an attack of opportunity from DA1. All the minions are down. Sorry again I was slow, I spent longer in London than expected.

First Post
With the bug engaged with Myoko, Torqua takes this chance to move around them, getting a clearer shot at the attacker. With her last step however, she stomps the ground hard, sending a cloud of sand into the air and a blue arcane shockwave at the Ankheg, crumbling the ground as it goes.

[sblock=ooc]
Moving to N14.
Using Storm Walk againist DA2 to test his fort.

Attack: 17+3=20 Vs Fort

Frost steps over the fallen larvae and stabs at the back of the creature who just hit Vardaal. He stabs just once with the short sword in his right hand and draws the attention of the creature.
